The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest Tech Firm
• We are looking for an Inhouse Talent Sourcer
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Min. 2-3 years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting support experience
• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors
• Ability to cold-call and build relationships by phone
• Experience partnering and influencing Senior Hiring Managers and Executives throughout the recruiting cycle
• Expert knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
• Successfully deliver on all deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment
• Strong MS Word, Excel
• Working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools and technologies

Job Description

• Sourcing professionals across a wide range of roles within organisation (mainly focusing on functional hiring/ sales related talents)
• Managing the entire sourcing process
• Participating in the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
• Partnering with other departments for hiring activities
