About the Role

Are you passionate about building scalable cloud infrastructure and driving DevOps transformation? We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a consulting mindset. In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain reliable cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes, while also guiding teams and clients on DevOps best practices.

You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand challenges, shape transformation roadmaps, and deliver practical, secure, and automated solutions. Beyond the technical side, this role offers the chance to coach teams, run client workshops, and help organizations embrace AI-augmented development to improve efficiency and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate builds, testing, and deployments for faster, reliable releases.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and clients to design end-to-end DevOps solutions tailored to business needs.
• Conduct workshops to identify challenges, develop transformation strategies, and deliver actionable solutions.
• Coach teams on DevOps and engineering practices (CI/CD, automation, testing).
• Leverage AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to boost productivity and enhance workflows.
• Document, share, and continuously improve DevSecOps practices.
• Configure monitoring and security tools to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.

What We're Looking For

We want someone who is both hands-on and forward-thinking , a technical expert who can deliver, but also a trusted advisor who helps shape strategy.

Key qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Strong expertise in AWS and Azure, with exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS).
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, Bicep).
• Experience designing and migrating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines).
• Knowledge of microservice and event-driven architectures.
• Solid background in monitoring and security (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, SAST, DAST).
• Strong database skills across RDBMS and NoSQL (MySQL, Oracle, Elasticsearch).
• Ability to lead workshops, coach teams, and approach projects with a consulting mindset.

AI Skills (a must as we transition into an AI-driven company):

• Proficiency with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles.
• Ability to validate and refine AI-generated solutions.
• Adaptability to stay ahead in the fast-evolving AI landscape.
