Human ResourcesWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Executive to support our team with day-to-day HR administrative and basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, HR functions, finance and ensuring smooth office operations.

- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle procurement, order office supplies, and manage inventory levels.
- Assist with data entry, document processing, and record keeping.
- Support HR functions, finance, or other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors professionally if needed.
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and efficient.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus.
- Able to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience with scheduling software or tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting principles.
- Prior experience in accounting or Xero is a plus.
- Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
