JOB DESCRIPTION

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and shortlist top talent through job portals, networking, and referrals
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best fit for job roles
• Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships
• Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and emerging talent acquisition technologies
• Provide insights on workforce planning and recruitment analytics
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same!

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Passion for talent development and recruitment
