Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver SAP projects on time, within budget, and in line with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, proven experience in SAP implementation or upgrade projects, and the ability to coordinate between business teams and technical experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close SAP-related projects (implementation, migration, upgrade, or enhancement).
• Coordinate project scope, timelines, and resources with stakeholders.
• Manage communication between business users, SAP consultants, and technical teams.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare status reports, manage risks, and handle project issues promptly.
• Support change management activities and end-user training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, including 4+ years in SAP projects.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.
• Knowledge of core SAP modules (such as SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, or HCM).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar project management tools.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
