Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
Salary: $2,200 - $2,500

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)

Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT

Key Responsibilities:

• Update internal trackers and support recruitment documentation
• Assist with data entry and maintaining candidate/client records
• Perform outbound calls to corporate clients for information gathering and service follow-up
• Liaise internally to support consultants in recruitment workflows
• Handle general office communications and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Comfortable speaking with business clients over the phone
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or other document handling tools
• Professional, discreet, and eager to learn operational aspects of recruitment
