Responsibilities

The Data-TnS Account Safety team is dedicated to maintaining a safe and trustworthy environment for users of TikTok and other products. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence technology, the team aims to detect risks earlier and faster, monitor risks, and respond to emergency trends. The team strives to maintain platform ecosystem security more efficiently, more agilely, and more comprehensively.

1. Responsible for backend development of the account safety platform, including but not limited to: point scoring system, strategy platform, feature platform, user safety persona, and other systems;

2. Responsible for developing account safety business systems, such as moderation systems for detecting, reviewing, and handling fake accounts, repeat offenders, underage users, and other safety handling systems;

3. Responsible for building a global account risk perception system, constructing high-concurrency and high-stability systems to handle hundreds of millions of daily submissions and daily active users;

4. Continuously refactor and optimize system architecture;

5. Participate in platform development, abstracting modules for different workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor or above degree in computer science or a related technical discipline;

- At least 2 years of security/safety industrial experience;

- 3~5 years of Golang and large scale distributed system experience;

- Have hands on experience with at least one of the middleware MQ, Redis, RDS, etcd, docker or similar components etc.;

- Passionate about techniques and solving challenging problems;

- Experience with Big Data systems and related technologies (Hive,Flink,ClickHouse etc.)
