About the Role:

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, learning the fundamentals of the recruitment process and supporting our senior consultants. This hands-on role will provide you with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to grow into a successful full-desk recruiter.

What You'll Do:

• Actively search for and identify potential candidates using a variety of tools, including job boards, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and our internal database.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Maintain and update our candidate and client database with accurate information.
• Learn about the latest industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to help us stay ahead in the Hospitality, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail and FMCG sector.
• Participate in our comprehensive training program to build your expertise in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management.
