Working Hours: Mon-Fri, Office Hour
Work Type: 6-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 3,300 per month

What you will be working on?

• Execute comprehensive data cleaning and reconciliation activities for Workday, focusing on employee records across multiple data fields including: Educational qualifications, professional certifications, learning and development records as well as other relevant data fields.
• Conduct thorough verification of employee information through:
  a. Direct engagement with staff to validate data accuracy
  b. Cross-referencing existing records against source documents
  c. Identifying and resolving data discrepancies
• Any other duties allocated from time to time

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in Business/Human Resource/Information Technology with at least 1 year of working experience.
• Experience in Workday would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
