- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientations.
- Assist with HR documentation, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers as needed.
- Perform other ad hoc HR duties as assigned.
Finance
- Assist in processing vendor invoices, staff claims, and reimbursements.
- Prepare and process payment transactions, including online banking.
- Maintain petty cash records and reconcile transactions.
- Support filing, documentation, and record-keeping for finance-related matters.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant HR or finance experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
