Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Department
• Screening and filtering of resumes
• Maintain and update part-time employees' personal files and life cycles
• Participate in daily deployment meetings
• Assist in recruitment efforts for full-time employees when needed
• Work closely with the recruitment team to align part-time talent acquisition efforts with the organization's needs
• Reviewing and verifying attendance for part-time employees and correcting their payroll discrepancies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of local polytechnic diploma
• Fresh graduates are welcome
