• Recruitment Strategist - Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective recruitment strategies
• Pipeline Builder - Maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs to keep the workforce agile and ready
• Data-Driven Recruiter - Use recruitment analytics to refine hiring strategies and improve efficiency
• Offer Negotiator - Manage offer discussions and ensure candidates are excited to join the team

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
