Java Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Help our customers achieve their real goals by understanding their requirements and how they respond to their business needs.
• Use technologies that include Java 17 and above, Microservices, MySQL, Spring Boot v5.0, React 18 and above.
• Analyse business requirements and architect a solution that is robust and scalable along with providing technical documentation of solution.
• Leverage on new technologies to build the next generation of Payments ecosystem services
• Develop and deliver new features every few weeks and be responsible for them end-end
• Have the work and academic experience that will demonstrate proficiency and ease with programming languages, code quality initiatives, scripting languages and operating systems
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and above all, you are a team player!

Requirement

• Experience: 4-5 years of Full Stack Java Development in a containerized microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot, with strong UI/UX development experience in React.
• Microservices & Cloud: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• Backend Development:
• Java EE Framework: Spring Boot
• ORM Framework: Hibernate
• Database: MySQL and/or MongoDB (Open Source)
• Application Server: Spring Boot
• Web Server: JBOSS Web Server
• Frontend Development:
• React 18+
• HTML5/CSS (knowledge of web page design is a plus)
• Development Tools & Platforms:
• IDEs: VS Code, IntelliJ
• Repository: GitHub
• Issue Tracking: JIRA
• CI/CD: Jenkins
• Additional Skills: Strong knowledge of open-source web development tools and modern software engineering practices.
