Good knowledge in Construction sector
HR Spectrum & Duties
Monitoring of worker's timesheet and leaves approval
Monitor & process all work passes new applications and renewals
Generate Employment contract, memos and other necessary letters & correspondence
Liaising with dormitory vendors on booking of dormitories
Manage the medical claim and work injury records and others that are relevant
Onboarding and off-boarding process
Maintain & update the HR system and P- File of employees
Handle training & development e.g courses planning, records update, and registration of courses
Company vehicle insurance, road tax renewals and other insurances related to HR
MOM surveys and OED updates
Other administrative duties as and when required
