About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer, who is not just here to code, but to help shape a company from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join the core venture-building team, which is lean, fast, and ambitious. You will have ownership, autonomy, and direct influence over the product and tech stack. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-performance, native desktop applications for MacOS and Windows.
• Design and implement robust, visually polished, and responsive user interfaces optimized for desktop environments.
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities into native applications, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and AI researchers.
• Ensure high stability, performance, and seamless user experience under real-world usage conditions.
• Develop system-level features, including file indexing, system hooks, and low-level OS integrations to enhance app functionality.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend/infra engineers, and AI researchers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in developing native desktop applications for MacOS and/or Windows.
• Strong proficiency in native development frameworks and technologies:
  For MacOS: Swift, Objective-C, Cocoa, CocoaTouch, SwiftUI, Xcode.
  For Windows: C++, C#, WPF, WinForms, UWP, Visual Studio.
• Experience building production-grade, system-level applications that require a deep understanding of operating system APIs (e.g., file system integration, system hooks, OS-level optimizations).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, ensuring the application performs well across MacOS and Windows environments.
• Ability to lead technical execution and comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Previous contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal portfolio (e.g., GitHub repositories with polished demos).
• Familiarity with integrating AI-powered features into native desktop applications.
• Background in working in early-stage startups or small, agile teams; self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Knowledge of low-level OS APIs or platform-specific capabilities (e.g., file indexing, system hooks).
• Experience managing the full software lifecycle from ideation to production in a cross-platform context (MacOS and Windows).
• Background in early-stage startups or small agile teams - self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity, or demonstrated ability to build from 0→1.
