We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Singapore office. This is a permanent position reporting directly to our Managing Director, who brings over 20 years of recruitment experience, including 15 years in Singapore.

As a consultant, you will work closely with existing clients in the financial services and technology industries, and be actively involved in sourcing and placing top talent. You will also have opportunities to develop new client relationships, manage job assignments end-to-end, and contribute to business growth.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Work with existing clients to understand hiring needs and take detailed job briefs
• Source and shortlist IT professionals for client roles using various tools and platforms
• Submit high-quality CVs and arrange interviews between clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including offer management and onboarding support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Collaborate with internal team members and contribute to team success
• Stay updated on technology trends and recruitment best practices

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in agency recruitment
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in recruitment, with full training and mentoring provided
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, client management, and placement
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to expand knowledge in the technology and financial services domains
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment
