NES Fircroft is currently hiring a Principal Recruitment Consultant to drive new business generation across APAC within the Chemicals sector.

NES is one of the leading workforce solutions providers within the Chemicals sector and the leading business in the sector in several countries within the region.

This role will be responsible for expanding our client base and market share across 16 APAC countries where we operate; acquiring new clients, creating and executing account development plans for existing key accounts and supporting NES' local teams to deliver on new business, whilst taking responsibility for sourcing and filing senior level CAPEX-contract positions across APAC.

What we're looking for in the person for this role:

• Experience recruiting in the Oil & Gas, Refinery or Chemicals sectors
• Demonstrable experience of mapping a market, identifying clients / projects, identifying key stakeholders within those clients/projects and completing a sales process from target/identification through to signed terms and profit generated
• Demonstrable experience of taking a newly acquired client with terms signed to 10+ contractors
• High competency with internal and external stakeholder management, and able to build strong relationships that result in new business generation, and strong collaboration with internal colleagues
