- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Act as the key liaison between hiring managers/stakeholders and candidates to ensure alignment on role requirements and expectations
- Specialise in engineering and technical roles, with strong understanding of relevant skills, qualifications, and hiring challenges
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, internal portals)
- Collaborate closely with client-side HR teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning needs
- Provide timely and accurate recruitment reports, including weekly and monthly dashboards, pipeline updates, and hiring numbers
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, regardless of outcome
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in an RPO or agency KPI setting
- Must have knowledge on employment laws, fair hiring practices, and data privacy regulations
- Proven track record in hiring for engineering or technical roles across various functions and levels
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with hiring managers and internal teams
- Solid understanding of recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other related
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple job requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
