Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department heads and teams to provide practical HR advice and operational support.
• Coordinate and manage hiring, onboarding, benefits, and internal HR communications.
• Facilitate feedback channels such as employee check-ins and informal discussion sessions.
• Contribute to early talent programmes including outreach, mentorship, and onboarding schemes.
• Participate in staff experience initiatives, including wellness, culture-building, and improvement projects.
• Assist in cross-functional HR projects or organization-wide events as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of HR generalist or business partner experience, preferably in a dynamic or regulated industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with maturity and discretion
