Senior DevSecOps Engineer

An excellent opportunity for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer has just arisen at a global tech leader focused on secure cloud development.

Job Purpose:
Secure and automate software delivery pipelines while embedding security in all development stages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and manage secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for code deployment.
• Integrate security tools and processes into software development workflows.
• Automate vulnerability scans and apply fixes using scripting and monitoring tools.
• Review and enhance cloud architecture to align with security best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to embed security throughout the development lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years' experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on scripting experience using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with AWS Security Hub, GuardDuty, and automated security tools.

The successful Senior DevSecOps Engineer must possess strong CI/CD tools, automated cloud deployments using Security tools and proficient in Python, JavaScript and TypeScript.
