We are seeking an experienced and highly driven New Business Development (NBD) Lead with a strong background in selling SAP solutions. This is a strategic role focused on driving new business opportunities and expanding our footprint within the SAP ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have spent the majority of their career in SAP- focused roles and possesses a deep understanding of the SAP landscape, customer challenges, and enterprise-level solution selling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and drive new business opportunities within the SAP domain.
• Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of SAP-specific opportunities.
• Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to contract closure. • Engage and influence senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape client proposals.
• Stay current with SAP product roadmaps, partner ecosystem, and market trends.
Candidate Profile:
• 15-18 years of total experience, with 100% focus on SAP solution sales.
• Proven track record of selling SAP-led transformation deals and services.
• Background in SAP Professional Services or top-tier SAP partners/system integrators.
• Strong executive presence and ability to lead high-stakes client discussions.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment across geographies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Background:
• Experience working with or for SAP directly, or within leading SAP ecosystem partners.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
