We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our recruitment team to serve client in the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in attracting the best talents for our clients.

  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to clients (HR, Hiring Managers, Senior Stakeholders) within the bank
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their organizational structure, culture, and talent requirements.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry sharing.

Candidate Sourcing & Management:
  • Engage with passive candidates through cold calling, networking, and alternative channels to build a robust pipeline of qualified front office relationship managers
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
  • Shortlist and present suitable candidates to clients, effectively articulating their value proposition.
  • Provide career advisory to candidates, value add to candidates through the recruitment process.

Pre-requisite :
  • Prior work experience in wealth management or private banking
  • Self motivated and good interpersonal skill, confident of liaising with senior stakeholder regularly
  • Curious, resourceful and enjoys reading and research
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with cold calling
