Primary Purpose and Scope

• Design, configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP Public Edition for customers across diverse industries, aligning solutions with business requirements.
• Provide deep functional and business consulting expertise in finance (FICO) ensuring robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with SAP best practices.
• Deliver S/4HANA Cloud demonstrations to support presales activities, articulating business value and technical capabilities to prospective customers.
• Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and strengthen our internal SAP Cloud delivery capabilities.

Key Result Areas and Accountabilities

Business Requirements Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyse and document customer business needs, processes, and challenges to deliver tailored S/4HANA Cloud solutions aligned with SAP best practices.
• Develop high-quality functional specifications, process flows, and solution architectures.

Solution Configuration & Implementation

• Lead the configuration and implementation of finance modules within S/4HANA Cloud projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client objectives.
• Oversee solution testing, data migration, and cutover activities.

Project Delivery

• Manage project deliverables and milestones for S/4HANA Cloud implementations.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget, escalating as necessary.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and acceptance throughout the project lifecycle.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Develop and deliver training sessions and user adoption workshops for customer teams.
• Guide and coach junior consultants to strengthen the team's functional and delivery capabilities.

Sales Support & Presales Activities

• Develop and deliver impactful S/4HANA Cloud demonstrations, showcasing key functionalities tailored to customer business scenarios.
• Collaborate with the sales team to highlight system capabilities and translate technical features into business solutions.

Professional Development & Continuous Learning

• Maintain up-to-date certifications for S/4HANA Cloud Finance and related SAP technologies.
• Stay abreast of latest S/4HANA Cloud developments, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum 5 years of SAP Finance (FICO) experience with hands-on configuration and delivery in SAP S/4HANA projects (preferably including Public Cloud or fit-to-standard Private Cloud implementations) in a consulting or professional services role.
• Experience in at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation, or equivalent fit-to-standard S/4HANA Private Cloud using SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong domain knowledge, in financial accounting, controlling, management accounting, and financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of finance-related business processes in manufacturing, energy, healthcare, distribution, or construction industries.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and thrive in fast-paced project environments.
• Strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign Cloud ERP or other SaaS cloud ERP solutions.
• Exposure to multi-country or global template rollouts.
• Team leadership, mentoring, or people management experience.
• Broader cross-industry knowledge beyond core focus sectors.
