Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
  • In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin (70%) & HR (30%) duties.
  • Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
  • Provide ad-hoc Admin/Sales support
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Onboard new employees and assist in employee orientation.
  • Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
  • Assist with payroll preparation such as calculating overtime hours and HR-related compliance documentation.
  • Able to work 1 Saturday (Half Day) Monthly.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in admin or HR roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
