Job Description
  • Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
  • Organising training materials and oversee training programs.
  • Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
  • Liaise with MOM on HR matters, such as HR statistical reports and surveys. Manage staff insurance & claim (WICA, foreign worker insurance).
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements
  • Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in handling full cycle of Work Injury Claims based on WICA regulation & Training and Development.
  • Analytical and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
  • Possess excellent communication , written and presentation skills.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Must have initiative and able to handle multiple project concurrently.
