What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct in-depth research and talent mapping based on client requirements
• Identify, source, and pre-screen candidates for executive roles
• Evaluate resumes and profiles to match skills, experience, and potential with job openings
• Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics between candidates and clients
• Manage and maintain candidate database with accuracy
• Build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates
• Prepare and submit regular performance and activity reports
