Qualifications
This Recruitment Manager position is an internal role within our agency, not a client placement.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Drive team performance based on KPIs such as client acquisition, CV submissions, interviews arranged, and successful placements.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
- Foster a positive and competitive team culture.
Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Ensure consistent quality of candidate shortlists and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain long-term relationships.
Recruitment Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, closing offers, and post-placement follow-ups.
- Fill senior, niche, or high-volume roles depending on client demands.
- Monitor job order flow and ensure timely delivery of candidates to meet SLA.
Operational & Reporting
- Track recruitment metrics: CV sent ratio, interview success rate, fill rate, offer conversion, time-to-fill, etc.
- Ensure data accuracy in CRM/ATS systems.
- Manage recruiter compliance with agency SOPs and recruitment best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Recruitment or sales training certification is a plus.
- At least 4-6 years of recruitment experience in an agency setting.
- Minimum 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory role with team management exposure.
- Proven billing record with strong candidate and client management capabilities.
