Performance

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters.
  • Drive team performance based on KPIs such as client acquisition, CV submissions, interviews arranged, and successful placements.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
  • Foster a positive and competitive team culture.

Client Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Ensure consistent quality of candidate shortlists and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain long-term relationships.

Recruitment Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, closing offers, and post-placement follow-ups.
  • Fill senior, niche, or high-volume roles depending on client demands.
  • Monitor job order flow and ensure timely delivery of candidates to meet SLA.

Operational & Reporting

  • Track recruitment metrics: CV sent ratio, interview success rate, fill rate, offer conversion, time-to-fill, etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM/ATS systems.
  • Manage recruiter compliance with agency SOPs and recruitment best practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Recruitment or sales training certification is a plus.
  • At least 4-6 years of recruitment experience in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in a leadership/supervisory role with team management exposure.
  • Proven billing record with strong candidate and client management capabilities.

This Recruitment Manager position is an internal role within our agency, not a client placement.
