Job Responsibilities:
- Develop distributed systems and resilient APIs using Java, focusing on microservices with Spring Boot
- Integrate and optimize orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle: architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring
- Ensure robust test coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers
- Build and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines and scalable engineering workflows
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and best practices
- Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to solve complex challenges
Job Requirements:
- We're looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with a strong engineering mindset and technical depth. Ideal candidates will have:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Expertise in:
- Java
- Spring Boot
- Microservices Backend Architecture
- Front-end experience with:
- Node.js
- Flutter
- or similar frameworks
- Experience designing distributed systems and working with:
- REST/OpenAPI
- Proficiency in:
- PostgreSQL
- MSSQL
- Familiarity with:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/OCP preferred)
- Experience with inter-service messaging systems like Kafka or MQ
- Strong focus on code quality, Testing, and observability
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools:
- Jenkins
- JFrog
- SonarQube
- Argo CD
- A proactive, process-oriented approach to development
- Ability to work within regulated environments
- Interest in applying AI tools to enhance engineering outcomes is a big plus
