Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions supporting the BMG Analytics Tool.
Work closely with business and product teams to translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
Implement pre-trade analytics, margin simulation, and risk tracking features.
Develop and maintain automated test cases using frameworks such as Pytest, Unittest, or Nose.
Collaborate on version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes using Git and modern DevOps pipelines.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Troubleshoot and support production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Contribute to the development of AI/ML features and assist in the full model lifecycle from prototyping to deployment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience in web frameworks and testing libraries.
Proficient in version control (Git) and CI/CD tools; familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with AI/ML applications and understanding of the ML development lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
A collaborative team player with a strong interest in financial systems and data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with Java or C# and object-oriented development.
Prior experience in financial services or trading systems, especially in front-office applications or analytics platforms.
