About the Role

We are looking for a Senior App Developer, who is not just here to code, but to help shape a company from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join the core venture-building team, which is lean, fast, and ambitious. You will have ownership, autonomy, and direct influence over the product and tech stack. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-performance applications across web, mobile, or desktop platforms.
• Design and implement visually polished, responsive, and robust user interfaces.
• Ensure fast response times, stability under real-world conditions, and excellent user experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers, backend/infra engineers, and AI researchers to integrate advanced AI capabilities into the product.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage outsourcing teams or external partners to accelerate development when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and above in relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of professional and relevant working experience.
• Proven track record in shipping production-grade apps on at least one platform (web/mobile/desktop).
• Deep familiarity with modern frontend and full-stack frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Flutter, Electron, Node.js, and more).
• Experience with backend API integration and state management.
• Ability to lead technical execution and communicate effectively with dev teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, start-up environments with a high level of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Strong product sense, with an ability to think from the user's perspective and collaborate closely with designers to deliver high-quality UI/UX.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects with polished demos or GitHub repositories.
• Knowledge of low-level OS APIs or platform-specific capabilities (e.g., file indexing, system hooks).
• Background in early-stage startups or small agile teams; self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity, or demonstrated ability to build from 0→1.
