You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes that support our growing team across multiple outlets. You will be responsible for executing daily HR operations with accuracy and timeliness, while also supporting improvements in systems, policies, and compliance to drive an engaging employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Administration
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmation, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation as needed (e.g. appointment, confirmation, warning, resignation acceptance).
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and HR data updates.

2. Store Support
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for store staff, including orientation and exit clearance.
  • Support recruitment coordination for store roles (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, issuing offers).
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and manage leave records in line with company policies.
  • Assist with investigations and basic disciplinary actions under HR guidance.

4. Compliance & Audit
  • Ensure HR processes comply with local employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Support audits and MOM submissions (e.g., EA itemized payslips, HR records, etc.).
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all employee information.

5. Process Improvement & Projects
  • Support HRIS implementation and process improvements.
  • Assist in reviewing and refining SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, wellness, and employer branding.
  • Provide support on any ad-hoc HR related tasks or projects.

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant HR operations experience, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g. BIPO or similar).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
