8.00am – 5.00pm or
8.30am – 5.30pm or 
9.00am – 6.00pm or 
10.00am – 7.00pm (Newly added alt timing)
 1 year contract

Position: Senior/Patient Service Associate (Specialist Outpatient Clinic) 
 
Working hours  : Office hours – 5.15 Days (1 half Saturday every 4 weeks)
 
Job scope:
•    You have to provide prompt, friendly and courteous front-line and admin services to patients such as to answer phone calls, arrange for appointments, transfer calls, collect payment, attend to patient’s general enquiries etc.  
•    You will also have to chaperon patients and doctors, assist the doctor in the consultation room, assist to take height and weight etc.
•    You also have to engage in some administrative handlings on a departmental level.
