What you will be working on
As a team member, your responsibilities will include reviewing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes, particularly within the Performance Management and Compensation portfolios.
What we are looking for
• Minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience in Performance Management or Compensation portfolios
• Strong conceptual, operational, and systems thinking skills
• Meticulous and attentive to details
• Advanced proficiency in Excel software
• Previous experience in Public Sector HR or SAP HR system would be advantageous
Successful candidate will hold the corporate title of Senior Manager/ Assistant Director, with seniority based on individual work experiences.
