- Coordinate pre-interview activities, including job ad posting and interview scheduling.
- Prepare interview documents, conduct reference checks, and verify qualifications.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HR system.
- Process staff transactions like transfers, renewals, resignations, etc., in the staff database.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment
