We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking E-commerce Operations Manager to lead our global e-commerce strategy across multiple cross-border platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing platform-specific growth plans, leading a high-performing team, optimizing operational efficiency and user experience, and ensuring the continuous growth and competitiveness of our cross-border e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development
Formulate annual and quarterly operational plans for cross-border e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, AliExpress, Shopee), based on market trends, platform policies, and company goals. Define sales targets, promotional strategies, and resource allocation frameworks.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop the e-commerce operations team, including store operations, product managers, and campaign planners. Set clear job responsibilities and performance evaluation criteria, organize professional training programs, and improve team collaboration and execution.
3. Daily Platform Operations
Oversee day-to-day store operations: product listing, optimization, pricing control, inventory monitoring, order fulfillment, and after-sales coordination. Ensure full compliance with platform rules and internal standards.
4. Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute major promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Prime Day) and ongoing marketing activities. Utilize social media, influencer outreach, live streaming, and paid ads (e.g., CPC, Sponsored Products) to increase visibility and conversion rates.
5. Data Monitoring & Optimization
Establish a robust performance tracking system. Regularly analyze sales, traffic, and user behavior data to identify pain points and opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination across product supply, delivery timelines, and customer feedback handling.

Requirements
1. Education

2. Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in cross-border e-commerce operations
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Familiar with the end-to-end operational flow of at least two major platforms (e.g., Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopee)
3. Professional Skills
- In-depth understanding of platform algorithms and policies; proven track record in scaling best-selling products and driving sales growth
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, BI tools, etc.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional language skills are a plus
- Familiar with international logistics, payments, tax policies, and compliance (e.g., VAT, FDA certifications)
