Job Responsibilities:

• Support project delivery to ensure timely and high-quality implementation.

• Engage in stakeholder discussions, propose solutions aligned with business objectives, and document requirements and business rules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and team leads to maintain project timelines.

• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and expected outcomes for user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Manage UAT execution and ensure proper documentation of results.

• Track defects, coordinate with IT for timely resolution, and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.

• Lead checkpoint discussions with IT on defect resolution when necessary.

• Develop training materials and conduct stakeholder training sessions.

• Perform post-deployment system verification.

• Actively pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and stay aligned with business needs.

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline

• Relevant experience would be an added advantage

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
