We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Manager to lead and manage commercial operations across multiple construction projects. This role requires a strong background in tender preparation, project budgeting, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire tendering process, including cost estimation, proposal writing, and submission
• Perform detailed cost analysis and budgeting for construction projects
• Track and monitor project expenditures and ensure budget compliance
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts in collaboration with the project and finance teams
• Lead contract negotiations and liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Conduct market analysis and pricing evaluations to enhance competitiveness
• Manage procurement activities and review commercial terms of supplier contracts
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve project margins and minimize financial risks

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a business/commercial role within the construction sector
• Proven experience in project tendering, quotation preparation, and cost management
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects' commercial operations
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
