Job Description:

• Plan and execute internal and external audits to ensure all departments are prepared for third-party certification, management reviews, and customer audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate customer and supplier audits for compliance.
• Review audit findings and create action plans to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain quality assurance documentation, manage data control activities, and oversee quality records.
• Issue Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) and follow up to ensure timely closure and review SCAR effectiveness.
• Generate and assess quality reports on supplier performance, working with suppliers to address non-conforming materials and encourage ongoing improvement.
• Manage quality issues arising from production and customer feedback to ensure all corrective actions to customers are implemented and documented.
• Perform another related task as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• With working experiences in quality engineering or in manufacturing preferred
• Comfortable to liaise with suppliers, vendors as well customers
• Comfortable to attend online meeting after work, as the clients are based in US
