Qualifications & experience

• 1. 5 years or more of relevant work experience in operations management, store management, sales management, etc., 2 years or more of team management experience.
• 2. Cheerful, active and full of energy, with a strong sense of purpose and ability to withstand pressure, and with both enterprising spirit and sense of responsibility.
• 3. Have rich store operation management, sales skills guidance and business negotiation skills.
• 4. Good at team management and motivation, able to fully mobilize employees' enthusiasm.

Tasks & responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for the overall operation of brand stores from location selection to daily management.
• 2. Develop an overall sales plan and break down sales targets to complete sales targets on time.
• 3. Formulate sales policies, sales discounts, promotion plans, etc., and follow up on the implementation to understand the sell-out rate, discounts, inventory and other indicators, and follow up to ensure that the indicators are achieved.
• 4. Responsible for the inspection and supervision of daily operations such as store promotion in the region, store image, service quality, membership management, publicity and promotional activity planning.
• 5. Regularly analyze and summarize the sales data of each store, promptly propose countermeasures and implement them.
• 6. Improve department team building, improve the professional quality of the team, conduct regular professional skills, upgrade training and implementation; cultivate and deliver retail talents for the company.
