Job Scope - Operation Manager
  1. Oversee Daily Operations
    Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company or assigned departments.
  2. Staff Management

  3. Process Improvement
    Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Budget & Cost Control
    Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and work towards cost reduction without compromising quality.
  5. Project Coordination
    Plan and coordinate operational projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
  6. Compliance & Safety
    Ensure all operations comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Reporting & Analysis
    Prepare regular reports on operational performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  8. Cross-Department Collaboration
    Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, HR, finance) to support overall business objectives.
  9. Customer Satisfaction
    Maintain high standards of service delivery and handle customer feedback or operational complaints effectively.
  10. Inventory and Asset Management
    Oversee stock, equipment, and asset usage to ensure proper maintenance and availability.
