Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction across all departments to foster a strong service culture, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate closely with ownership and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and execution of the outlet's Annual Operating Budget, Marketing and Sales Plan, and Capital Expenditure Budget.
  • Drive the achievement of gross operating profit and other business objectives through effective staff planning, inventory and cost control, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Contribute to the formulation of the outlet's annual strategic plan and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable government regulations.
  • Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the outlet to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, lighting, and overall ambience of the restaurant to uphold brand image and guest comfort.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure all equipment and machinery are functioning efficiently and safely.
  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment for both employees and guests; address any safety concerns promptly.
  • Manage the renewal and compliance of all third-party service contracts (e.g., pest control, equipment deep cleaning).
  • Ensure staff grooming and uniform standards are consistently met.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and achieve departmental goals.
  • Motivate and mentor employees to support their professional growth and career advancement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure timely submission of appraisals to the HR department.
  • Maintain team discipline and administer corrective actions as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional guest services that exceed expectations and drive customer loyalty.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
  • Engage with guests informally during meals or at departure to gather feedback and enhance guest relations.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on guest feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Supervise end-to-end service execution, ensuring excellence from guest arrival to departure.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to design and implement advertising and promotional strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and brand visibility.
