We are seeking a detail-oriented and product-savvy Business Analyst (Product Management) to join our team. You will work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather business requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and help deliver high-impact digital solutions that meet user and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define product vision, roadmap, and KPIs
• Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, product demos, and UAT sessions
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed features
• Track and report product performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements
• Support cross-functional teams in delivering product features on time and within scope
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or product management
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
• Proficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Balsamiq
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Experience with data analysis, SQL, or product analytics is a plus
• Familiarity with APIs, UX principles, or technical concepts is advantageous

Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in blockchain
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Product Owner (CSPO)
