We're currently hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Delivery Lead (open to Senior Consultant / Architect / Delivery Manager level) to lead end-to-end solution delivery for a key client in the consumer sector. This is a high-impact role offering exposure to large-scale consumer engagement platforms and marketing automation ecosystems.

About the Role

You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, ensuring solutions are designed and deployed effectively to drive measurable customer impact.

You'll work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and client marketing functions to translate customer engagement goals into scalable SFMC solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions for a major consumer brand
• Translate business marketing requirements into technical solution designs, journey maps, and automation workflows
• Drive solution feasibility, planning, and estimation in collaboration with client and internal stakeholders
• Provide leadership and governance during project delivery, ensuring alignment with best practices, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee or contribute to configuration across key SFMC modules such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Interaction Studio
• Collaborate across multiple teams (data, creative, analytics, CRM) to integrate SFMC with internal systems (Salesforce Core, CDPs, web platforms, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with data governance, consent management, and regional marketing regulations (e.g., PDPA, GDPR)
• Guide and mentor junior consultants, support training, and contribute to client enablement efforts
• Engage in pre-sales conversations and solutioning when needed

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including implementation, solutioning, or architecture)
• Deep familiarity with customer journeys, segmentation, triggered communications, personalization, and marketing automation
• Proven track record delivering consumer-facing marketing solutions using SFMC
• Knowledge of marketing KPIs, A/B testing, and data-driven customer engagement strategies
• Experience integrating SFMC with external platforms (Salesforce CRM, web, eCommerce, CDPs, analytics)
• Strong client-facing skills, with ability to manage expectations and drive delivery excellence
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Architect track)
