* Plan, schedule and optimise daily trips for deliveries to local customers and those at port.

* Be on standy after office hours to attend to urgent delivery changes, vessel arrivals, etc

* Liaise with drivers, production and warehouse personnel, customers and port agents to ensure timely deliveries

* Ensure documentation is in order to meet internal, cusotmers and regulatory requiremets
