Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Planning & Execution

4. Resource & Budget Management

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and quality standards.
  • Mitigate operational risks and maintain audit readiness.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate operational reports for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with departments like HR, Sales, Finance, and IT.
  • Align operations with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
