Description

Operations Executive responsibilities include assisting the management team with all operational and administrative support tasks to ensure the operations of the group restaurants run smoothly in day-to-day operations.

You will supervise and guide the service team to ensure a high level of quality and consistency of food and beverage services across the F&B outlets. We will require you to ensure that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team on each shift, ensuring that the company maintains the highest quality of service standards

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in performing duties related to marketing, operational plans, and other special restaurant functions

• Handle any guest feedback on food quality and service

• Supervise, support, and confirm that the outlets adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies, and procedures

• Routine inspection of all outlet equipment to ensure all are in proper working condition and prepare a list of equipment in need of repair and maintenance

• Regular stocktaking to ensure sufficient supplies in restaurant for smooth operation

• Plan staff roster based on the outlet's operational requirements

• Supervise and support the operations of at least two restaurants

• Able to function as customer relations and handle customer reservations

• Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the GM

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in food and beverage management

• Certificate of Basic Food Hygiene Course

• Strong communication, good interpersonal and management skills

• Passionate in providing excellent management and customer-oriented

• Able to work independently and lead the team

• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS, InfoGenesis, etc.)

• Proficient and effective problem solver

• Mastery of delegating multiple tasks and ability to meet financial targets

• Up to date with food and beverage trends and best practices
