Job Summary:

The Operations Personnel will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational functions of REPs Holdings / Invest.

This includes streamlining processes, managing workflow, ensuring compliance, and assisting in reporting and data management. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support:
    Assist in managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets. Prepare and present operational reports to management.
  • Communication & Coordination:
    Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication across teams and resolving any operational issues that arise.
  • Client & Vendor Coordination:
    Support client and vendor relationships by managing contracts, service agreements, and day-to-day communication.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
    Ensure that all operational procedures adhere to internal and external compliance standards and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Quickly and efficiently resolve any operational issues or disruptions, working closely with relevant teams to implement solutions.
  • Project Management:
    Assist with the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Basic understanding of financial and operational processes.
    • Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Experience in the investment or financial industry is a plus.
