The Operations Personnel will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operational functions of REPs Holdings / Invest.
This includes streamlining processes, managing workflow, ensuring compliance, and assisting in reporting and data management. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support:
Assist in managing and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. - Data Management & Reporting:
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets. Prepare and present operational reports to management. - Communication & Coordination:
Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication across teams and resolving any operational issues that arise. - Client & Vendor Coordination:
Support client and vendor relationships by managing contracts, service agreements, and day-to-day communication. - Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that all operational procedures adhere to internal and external compliance standards and best practices. - Problem-Solving:
Quickly and efficiently resolve any operational issues or disruptions, working closely with relevant teams to implement solutions. - Project Management:
Assist with the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). - Experience:
1-3 years of experience in operations, project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment. - Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of financial and operational processes.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare detailed reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in the investment or financial industry is a plus.
