What You'll Do

• Lead the elicitation, analysis and documentation of comprehensive business requirements
• Design and implement strategic solutions, including process optimization and automation, to achieve productivity gains
• Develop and maintain process, workflow, and system documentation
• Oversee product validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support change management, training and briefings for smooth solution adoption and product launches
• Monitor and analyze solution performance, providing recommendations for ongoing optimization
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops to prioritize key business needs and manage expectations
• Prepare end-user documentation, including training and user manuals

What Will Make You Shine

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience across the full project development life cycle
• Demonstrated track record in business analysis, application solutioning and design
• Proficiency in business process modeling tools
• Strong analytical skills, including qualitative, quantitative and root-cause analysis
• Excellent facilitation skills for eliciting and prioritizing business needs
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed analysis of business challenges
• No visa sponsorship

Nice to Have

• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CCBA®, CBAP®) or equivalent
• Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation
• Experience with Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, ERP or Digital and Mobile Technologies
