Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Logistics Operations Executive to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Logistics Operations Executive
• Location: West (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $4,200 + AWS + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries (email/phone), provide quotes, and follow up on potential orders.
  Confirm orders, schedule pickups/deliveries, and generate DOs/invoices.
• Engage with vendors to manage order fulfillment, inventory replenishment, and operational concerns.
• Manage incoming shipments, update inventory, and fulfill pending orders.
• Prepare export docs, coordinate overseas shipments, and update customers on schedules.
• Resolve order delays and collaborate with vendors, warehouse, and customers for timely deliveries.
• Track open orders, verify pricing/discounts, and convert orders to POs.
• Support relevant departments with sourcing and arranging timely delivery of necessary materials.
• Maintain system's records for audits and verify vendor billing for relevant department.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation industry is preferred.
• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence would be an added advantage.
