• Analyze operational, financial, and customer data across restaurant locations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, labor costs, food costs, customer satisfaction, and inventory efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to provide actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for improving restaurant performance.
• Conduct analysis on customer feedback, menu performance, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and planning by providing historical data and trend insights.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives including new restaurant launches, menu engineering, and technology integration.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiencies.
• Provide post-implementation analysis on operational changes and recommend refinements.
